Color:
Bright yellow with pink and copper reflexes
Aroma:
Ample, complex and sweet with hints of pear, orange
blossom, yellow fruit and spicy notes; the progression
is intriguing until the aromatic finish of considerable
persistence
Taste:
Full-body and enveloping, the sweetness of ripe pear adds
nobility and ampleness; cool and savoury, smoothened by
sweet hints of dry confectionery, English cream and hazelnut;
pleasantly mineral at the end
Refinement:
After fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel
containers for six months, in which yeasts are added. The
bottled wine is generally stored in air-conditioned rooms
for about two months

Serving temperature: 6/8° C







Combinations:
Particularly indicated for fish dishes, shellfish hors
d’oeuvre, risottos and vegetable pies.
